Crispy Potato Wedges in Spicy Tangy sauce

Potato,Paneer and Corn Fritters

Ingredients :

Potatoes- 1 cup (grated)

Sweet Corn-1/2 cup(boiled)

Paneer- 100 gm (grated)

Red Chilli Flakes-1 table spoon

Capsico Sauce-1 table spoon

Oregano- 1 tea spoon

Rosemary and Thyme– 1 tea spoon (optional)

Salt and Pepper to taste

Maida (Flour)-2-3 table spoon

Oil for frying

Method :

  1. Grate the potatoes and paneer.
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except oil.
  3. Add more flour if the mixture is not firm enough to handle.
  4. Grease your palm to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hand.
  5. Combine them well and make small balls out of them
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fritters over medium flame till golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.
  7. Serve hot with your favourite sauce or chutney.
