Ingredients :
Potatoes- 1 cup (grated)
Sweet Corn-1/2 cup(boiled)
Paneer- 100 gm (grated)
Red Chilli Flakes-1 table spoon
Capsico Sauce-1 table spoon
Oregano- 1 tea spoon
Rosemary and Thyme– 1 tea spoon (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Maida (Flour)-2-3 table spoon
Oil for frying
Method :
- Grate the potatoes and paneer.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except oil.
- Add more flour if the mixture is not firm enough to handle.
- Grease your palm to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hand.
- Combine them well and make small balls out of them
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the fritters over medium flame till golden brown. Drain on paper towel before serving.
- Serve hot with your favourite sauce or chutney.
